Data Deletion Instructions

1. Email support@casset.fm with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
2. Send the request from the email address associated with your Casset account. This helps us verify account ownership before deleting data.
3. Include your Casset handle or profile URL if you have one. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive credentials.

We may ask for additional confirmation if the request cannot be verified from the account email.

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 business days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, or compliance reasons.

Verified deletion requests may include deletion or deactivation of:

• Profile information, including artist profile details, handles, bios, avatars, and cover imagery.
• Uploaded media, including audio, artwork, video, hook clips, visual assets, and related rendered media where deletion is technically available.
• Account and authentication records, including login identifiers and connected social account references.
• Saved Casset settings, release drafts, visual configurations, and other account-associated product data.

Some information may be retained when necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, prevent fraud or abuse, or keep required business records.

If you have made or received payments through Casset, Stripe and payment-related records may be retained as required for tax, accounting, chargeback, refund, fraud, sanctions, and financial compliance obligations. This may include transaction IDs, invoices, payout records, connected account records, and related compliance metadata.
